20-acre office portion goes on the market, seeking a new majority owner; Camp North End is still ‘full steam ahead,’ developer says

A big investor in Camp North End is selling its majority stake in five office buildings on about 20 acres, or about one-quarter of the ambitious mixed-use project.
According to a brochure from real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), the owners are seeking a “90% recapitalization or outright sale of The Offices @ Camp North End,” which is described as covering 380,000 s.f. of office and retail space. A map in the online brochure shows that the part up for sale encompasses the buildings on the North Graham Street side of the development, which includes office buildings as well as the Keswick food stalls, the event space The Revelry, the cocktail bar Room Service and the former home of famed restaurant Leah & Louise:
