Kendra L. Stewart’s passion has always been figuring out complex problems as a consultant for people to help empower their business and professional development. She loves sharing information through HR tools and experiences she has acquired to improve processes and successfully complete projects. With over 25 years of leading HR initiatives in multiple industries, such as Technology, Energy, Services, and Healthcare, she has expertise in talent development, workforce planning, strategic HR implementation, and management consultation. She jokes that she knows “enough to be dangerous” in every HR function but “not to end up in jail.” Kendra holds an MSHR in HR Management/Organization Development from Loyola University in Chicago, a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan, and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. When she is not helping clients, she is based in Charlotte and trying to keep up with her husband and their 4-year-old son, who pretty much rules the house.
