Raising the roof: SouthPark Mall seems to be expanding to make way for a mystery tenant
BEFORE AND AFTER: Can you spot the difference in these two renderings? On the left is the existing SouthPark Mall. On the right is SouthPark Mall after a 22,000 s.f. expansion. (The building on the right is The Cheesecake Factory.) The renderings are in the mall’s application to the city for the project, which was approved last month.
SouthPark Mall looks as though it’s about to make a minor expansion. But it is staying tight-lipped on the details.
