On this episode of The Charlotte Ledger Podcast, John Barton, president of Northwood Office, shares insights into the project and his focus on expanding the company's footprint beyond Ballantyne and Charlotte. Barton also discusses:
How the redevelopment of Ballantyne is not just about transforming office spaces but also creating a vibrant mixed-use community.
His surprise to the reaction of Northwood’s announcement that Wegmans would build a store in Ballantyne
The challenges and successes of the massive project — and what comes next
If Charlotte is becoming the next Atlanta.
