Hi, and welcome to the first newsletter edition of Real Estate Whispers.
For the last year, we’ve written this as an occasional column within the main Charlotte Ledger newsletter. Now, it is its own newsletter, and you opted into it — which I take to mean that you’re interested in Charlotte’s growth and development. (Not everyone is!)
With a more focused audience, I can better tailor information to you — someone who has expressed interest in this topic — without worrying as much about whether a more general audience will find it interesting. This newsletter will come out when it comes out, at least once every two weeks. Expect a mix of original news, analysis, context and informed gossip. And we will try some new things and see how they go! Thanks for joining me. —Tony Mecia
