Thanks for the question. They have not specified the type of residential housing. A lot of times they do that to give themselves flexibility to adapt to market conditions. (It sounds like construction is not imminent.) It is hard to imagine they would not be for-rent apartments.
No mention of green space? Would also be nice to see that Main Street view as pedestrian only, but we sure do love our cars 🤷🏻♂️
