I was at the HT that morning (I witnessed the reporter interviewing people in like and saw the “elderly gentleman” with a cart full of TP. People, including me, “verbally encouraged” him to take fewer packages. He seemed undeterred. I am glad to hear there is a max amount. Great local reporting.
